Why Should You Hire Me As Your VA?
My Name is Adrian Fargie Fajardo but you can call me Farge. I am a professional and diligent worker & I also value honesty and integrity. I make sure to know what needs to be prioritized in all my tasks and meet the given deadline without sacrificing the quality of my work. I am also knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications. With my years of experience in providing customer service, I have gained knowledge and skills in dealing with client requests and sending out detailed updates and reports. With all that being said, I am hopeful to be a great addition and contribute my expertise to your business. You can rest assured that I will not just be your VA but also a committed partner to achieve your goals for your business.
About My Self
I am a father of a very beautiful eight-month-old baby girl, and what I like to do during my free time is to cuddle and play with my baby, cook some food for my wife, play some computer games, read online articles about how to become a better version of my self and reflect on how I can influence people to be better.
Why I decided to become a VA?
I’ve been working in the Customer Service Industry for more than 5 years now and why did I suddenly decide to be a Virtual Assistant instead? I saw the great opportunity to showcase the learning that I gained through courses of providing exceptional customer experience while taking advantage of the privilege to work from home and still be able to earn for my family.
My Personal Attainment?
During the course of being part of several companies, I was given a chance to become a Supervisor which earned me to become more passionate about how I do my work. I realized back then that I am capable of sharing which is “learning”. From my own experiences, I was able to share some of my knowledge and skills with those that are in need of development. For me, being a Leader is the means of influencing people to do and be better.
What Motivates Me?
As a person, I feel most rewarded by seeing my hard work pays off. I also believe in a quote that Vince Lombardi made, “The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”
My Weakness?
I get discouraged for my own mistakes. There was one incident that happened when I was still an Agent, I accidentally deleted a customer’s campaign without even realizing it after receiving a sanction from the company. From there, I always made sure that whenever I do my work, I double check it and made sure to never sacrifice the quality of my work. Learning from my own mistakes is what makes a better person.
“Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.”
